7 Years removed from FV2 (May 2011)at age 18 and the former moniker "Pop aka Psykotik". Pop is back for the second time this year finally coughing up the 3rd installment to the F.O.S. (Flow On Steroids) series now at 26 .Living life on what he calls "semi-autopilot" during the years that lead up to this project experiencing much of what you now hear on FV3FWB all while scrapping 4 different albums often regarded by him as different eras in his life ; "Obnoxious (2013),Scarred For Life (2014),Mellow Dramatic (2015) & "Good Ole Leonard" (2016)which he claims never saw the light of day because he wasn't "ready". the current soundscape could be described as "Alternative New School" not-on- purposely blending the apparently inescapeable Mid-Late 1990s hip hop influence within the lyrics and production. in essence its a roller coaster ride in real-time displaying the current worldview that Pop sees and lives his day to day life in, as well the occasional lean on the lifestyle he daydreams about night and day as inspiration for a heavy bulk of the album. Enter The F.O.S.
